Last day of work for FairVision at Woodlands yesterday. Somehow it seem a very different feeling being the last day. And I was very hyper the whole day, exclaiming that there's no replenishing of stock at lunch-time and speculating that we would be able to finish selling all the drinks at 3pm.
So Joy and I started to jio people to go Esplanade to watch fireworks. Wah... this is so exciting!! And we even planned that we can go home to get our cameras, have dinner, then travel down to Esplanade for the 7.30pm display.
Now best was that we ended at 4pm and it took us ~1 hour to contact that idiot FairVision IC, who in turn can only come to pick things up at 6pm. In fact he was late for half an hour! So Joy and I have only 1 hour to get home from Woodlands and back down to Esplanade!!!
Yeah, it was a mad meeting. And we got Fred to tangle with Zhenqin for 1 hour under the stars among the crowd, and by the time I was there the both of them are mad!
The display was quite far away and the photos were taken with maximum zoom. Surprisingly some turned out to be very nice. At least the mad rush was not wasted.
Will there be more spectacular display on National Day eve?
